Shipping Details
Just select Priority (for arrival in two business days) or Rush Service (for arrival next business day) for faster service. All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
Gift Certificates are shipped for $1.00 USPS First Class delivery.
Alaska and Hawaii items ship via Priority service and may require an additional day for delivery.
Back Orders/Order Processing
We will ship orders partially; unless otherwise notated by the customer in the special comments section if all merchandise is not in stock at the time of your order. Back Ordered items will be sent as soon as they are available. If you would like to cancel a back order please e-mail or call us at our toll free number.
Returns
Blue Abaco is happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Please note: Monogrammed and personalized gifts may not be returned .. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer service department. Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Blue Abaco is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
